About Solana Heights Neighbors

Solana Heights Neighbors is an independent, volunteer-run effort by residents of Solana Heights in Ventura, California. We started this site after learning about the proposed Vello Retreat subdivision (City of Ventura case PROJ-23-0414) — a 117-unit development proposed on the vacant land bordering our neighborhood along School Canyon Road.

Our goal is simple: track the project through the public process, share what we know from official filings as clearly and accurately as we can, and make it easier for neighbors to submit effective public comment before decisions are made.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the City of Ventura, Ventura County, or any political party or candidate. It is not an official government resource.
